- A clear photo (multiple angles if possible)
- Where the plant came from (nursery, big-box store, gift, wild)
- Your USDA zone or growing conditions
- What's going wrong (if anything)
Response time
I aim to reply within 3-5 days. If your plant is in immediate distress (rapid blackening, mass die-off), check the troubleshooting section first — there's a good chance I've already written about it.
